​Born in Italy, where the foundations of my character—resilience, creativity, and appreciation for craftsmanship—were laid early. For three decades, I lived, worked, and studied across Europe, immersing myself in diverse cultures and disciplines. I began my professional life in the restaurant industry, drawn by the rhythm of service, the warmth of hospitality, and the artistry of food. But over time, my curiosity led me toward a different kind of craft: construction and design. Twenty years ago, I moved to the United States, starting fresh in Baltimore. It was there that my passion for building truly began to take shape. I found joy in transforming spaces, solving problems, and bringing ideas to life through hands-on work and thoughtful design. Construction was more than a job—it became my language. Seventeen years ago, I relocated to California, where I’ve continued to grow, learn, and refine my craft. Here, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential projects, blending my European sensibilities with a West Coast mindset. Every project reflects a piece of my journey—structured by experience, inspired by culture, and driven by passion.

Meet Toby, our beloved Chief Morale Officer and official business mascot. Rescued at just six months old, he quickly became an essential part of our team—not just with a wagging tail, but with an uncanny ability to bring calm, joy, and balance to even the busiest days. With a specialty in stress relief, emotional support, and spontaneous comedic timing, Toby reminds us all to pause, breathe, and embrace a little playfulness in our work.
Whether curled up in the corner during meetings or greeting clients with boundless enthusiasm, [he/she/they] embodies the warmth and loyalty we strive to bring into every project. Equal parts heart and humor, Toby isn’t just our mascot—he is the spirit of our workplace.

ASHLEY YEATES
Ashley Yeates is an American lawyer-turned-designer celebrated for her innovative approach to sustainable and mindful design. Originally pursuing a career in law, Ashley's path took a transformative turn as she discovered her true calling in interior and furniture design. The skills and discipline acquired through her legal education have been instrumental in her success as a designer and entrepreneur.

DAVID HOROBIN
While a partner when it comes with ICF construction, architectural, and design firm, David Horobin was introduced to IsoRast, the original insulated concrete form manufacturer from Germany, in 1986. Mr. Horobin immediately recognized the extraordinary benefits of the product - lighter weight, faster construction, and higher quality walls with less materials, environmental impact and time required. And the architects and designers loved that the forms are flexible enough to allow a wide range of design options. He introduced the product to his firm’s clients, including Citation Builders of Northern California.
